Free and Pro
FindMyItem is free for a small home, with every feature you need to find things. Pro, coming soon, is for bigger inventories and for sharing with your family.
Coming soon. Pro, its free trial and the free limits are not in the app yet, so there is nothing to buy today. This page shows what is planned.

Planned for Pro later
These are ideas, not built yet. They join Pro once they exist:
- Proof of ownership: receipts, warranties, serial numbers and replacement values, with a report for your insurer.
- Moving mode: boxes by destination, marked packed, loaded and delivered.
- Item recognition: a suggested name for what you photograph.
The free trial
Pro will start with a 30-day free trial with every Pro feature. The price for your country is shown in the App Store before you confirm. Pro will be a subscription through Apple that renews until you cancel it in your Apple account settings; see the terms of use.
Our promises
- Nothing is deleted or hidden if Pro ends. Everything you added stays visible, searchable, editable and exportable; you just cannot add more than the free limits allow.
- Export and security are always free. Spreadsheet, PDF and photo export, the app lock, two-factor authentication, signed-in devices and deleting your account are never part of Pro.
- The person you invite never pays. Joining someone else’s shared places is free, always.
